JonMy name is Jon Valentine and I am from Gastonia, but don’t hold that against me, I come in peace! I am a comic book fan, movie geek, sports lover, outdoorsman, but most importantly, I am beyond excited to be here in Clover, in this community, in this church, to spread the gospel amongst the children and youth of this congregation and make disciples to go out to this town and share the love of Jesus. I am an Erskine graduate (GO FLEET!) with a degree in Christian Education. I am one of three boys in a loving Christ centered home. I was raised at Pisgah ARP church in Gastonia where the Lord sought me out, made my heart one of flesh, and I have been walking with Him ever since. I am married to the lovely Olivia Beamguard Valentine. We have been married for a little over a year. Olivia works within Clover School District and teaches horseback lessons. We are both excited to be here to join you in worship and help grow this children/youth program. In Christ, Jon Valentine

Sunday Nights

Jr High – 6:00-7:00

Sr. High – 7:00-8:00

Sunday nights will be where the youth get together and learn more about spirituality and what it means to be a Christian. The lessons are broken down by 4-5 week series and students are divided into small groups. These studies are very open and inviting. Everyone is welcome regardless of knowledge about Christianity.   The last Sunday of the month will be designated for service and missions in our community.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities and we welcome anyone who wants to volunteer. If interested please contact me.

Youth Calendar

Our youth group does a wide variety of activities along with our Wednesday and Sunday night programming. These events are posted on the monthly calendar. The monthly calendar is posted outside of the youth and is available on our google calendar on line.  Please be sure to click on the youth picture at the top of this page for an up to date calendar of events.  Be sure to call or text us if you are not sure and want to verify events.  Most events will require a sign up, but don’t let this stop you from getting involved.  We would love for you to join us when you can.

Youth Room Location

It is located on the 2nd floor.

If you are using the stairs in the main lobby, it will be the second room on the left.

If you are using the elevator, it will be directly to your right as you exit the elevator.

If you are located in the sanctuary, exit through the doors closest to the choir loft; continue straight and it will be at the end of the hall.

All youth must have a permission slip on file in order to participate in any activities other than the youth breakfast and Wednesday or Sunday night activities. Permission forms are available outside of the youth room and if you click on the permission form and downloadable copy will be added to your computer to print out. Only one permission form is needed for all of the activities that occur during that year.
